How Brickplot Makes Money

Brickplot is independently funded. Here's exactly how we sustain operations.

What We Do NOT Do

  • NOWe do not take builder advertising money
  • NOWe do not accept "sponsored project" placements
  • NOWe do not take commissions or referral fees from builders, brokers, or developers
  • NOWe do not sell leads to builders
  • NOWe do not change a project's score based on commercial relationships

What We DO

STREAM 01

Premium Research Reports

Deep-dive city and micro-market reports for institutional investors and HNIs. Priced at ₹999–₹4,999 per report.

STREAM 02

API Access

Developers and prop-tech companies can access our score data and verdict API. Enterprise pricing.

STREAM 03

Sponsored Content (clearly labeled)

If a builder wants to tell their story, we publish it as clearly-labeled “Builder Perspective” — never mixed with editorial. The score is unaffected.

STREAM 04

Consulting

We advise developers on what buyers actually look for, using our data. No quid pro quo on scoring.

Why This Matters

Every real estate portal in India makes money by directing buyers to builders who pay them. That creates a fundamental conflict: the portal has an incentive to make bad projects look good.

Brickplot's business model is the opposite. Our value to readers comes entirely from being trustworthy. The moment we compromise a score for money, we lose everything.

Our Promise

If we ever add a new revenue stream that could create a conflict of interest, we will disclose it on this page before we launch it.
