Why do scores change?

Brickplot re-scores projects weekly using the 11-axis formula. Score changes happen when:

  • NCLT / IBC petition admitted — triggers a hard cap of ≤3.9 on Axis 3 (Builder Financial Health).
  • OC issued— raises Axis 8 (Construction & Delivery Risk) and lifts the OC-missing cap for RTM projects.
  • RERA violation notice — penalises Axis 2 (RERA Disclosure Quality) and may trigger the RERA cap.
  • EC cleared / title encumbrance resolved— raises Axis 1 (Legal & Title Cleanliness) and lifts the EC-pending cap.
  • Possession delay confirmed — lowers Axis 8; may trigger stalled-project cap if delay exceeds 18 months.
  • New verified artefacts added — raises verifiedCount; can flip verdict from Wait → Buy Now at verifiedCount ≥ 7 and score ≥ 7.5.

Score changes are computed automatically by the weekly rescore pipeline and written to _brickplot_score_prev (old score) and _brickplot_score (new score) in Supabase.
