Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. Future billing stops immediately. You keep access to all paid content until the end of your current billing period. We do not ask for a reason and we do not run retention call-backs.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed, because access is granted immediately — PDFs download, consultations book, Insider Score Drops land in your inbox. Exceptions: duplicate charges are refunded within 7 business days; confirmed fraud is refunded on dispute resolution. Disclosed at checkout per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.
Is there a free trial?
Founding members (waitlist signups before 2026-05-15) get the first month of Premium at ₹99 — a 14-day money-back window applies to that first month only. After that, standard pricing and the no-refunds policy apply.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every subscription renewal generates a GST-compliant invoice emailed to the address on file. Add your GSTIN and business name in your dashboard before the next renewal and we will include it automatically.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade from Premium to Pro anytime — the remaining value of your current month is prorated against the new quarterly charge. Downgrade from Pro to Premium takes effect at the end of your current quarter. Switches are self-serve from the dashboard.
