Brickplot has reviewed 37 Bangalore projects marketed under the Assetz brand and holds a RERA registration number for 25 of them. Across those filings the registered promoter is 18 distinct legal entities, and on 15 the registered name carries no reference to the brand at all. Who is actually named on the RERA certificate?

Special-purpose vehicles are ordinary practice in Indian real estate, and their presence is not a finding in itself. What matters to a buyer is narrower: your agreement for sale is with the entity named below, not with the brand, and a parent company's balance sheet does not automatically stand behind a separately registered entity. Each row is read from that project's own Form-C registration certificate — we record the name as filed, and make no claim about which entity is the group's parent.
