Our Mission

We built Brickplot because India’s real estate market needed a neutral voice.

Brokers have incentives to sell. Builders have incentives to oversell. What was missing: an independent platform that analyzed projects using the same rigor as financial analysts dissect stocks.

Brickplot changes that. We’ve built a review portal where every finding is backed by RERA filings, on-site verification, and verified buyer feedback. You get data. You get truth. You decide.


Our Methodology — How We Review

Every Brickplot review follows a five-step process:

Step 1: RERA Baseline

We file portal searches on every project—RERA number, units, expected handover, developer credentials. This is the skeleton. We then cross-check against project announcements and municipal records.

Step 2: On-Site Fieldwork

Our team visits projects in various construction stages. We photograph amenities, interview site managers, verify construction pace, and assess real vs. advertised features.

Step 3: Buyer Feedback Collection

We conduct interviews with actual buyers (possession holders and investors) through verified channels. We ask about handover timelines, quality of finish, payment schedule honesty, customer service experience, and resale potential.

Step 4: Market Benchmarking

We analyze comparable projects in the same locality—price per sqft, carpet-to-super-built-up ratio, amenities, builder track record, and payment schedules. This reveals if a project is fairly priced, overvalued, or undervalued.

Step 5: Verdict & Score

Brickplot is backed by Webfluence Marketing Solutions, a data-driven marketing agency founded by Rohtash Tiwari. Rohtash spent 8+ years in financial analysis before pivoting to marketing technology—so he knows how to demand rigor in data.

Editorial Independence

Brickplot’s editorial process is completely separate from Webfluence’s consulting business. We don’t consult for builders. We don’t sell advertising to builders. We don’t take payments for “featured listings.” This separation is non-negotiable.
