I built Brickplot to fix one thing: the price you pay for an honest second opinion shouldn't be a commission paid to the side selling you the apartment. Traditional property platforms are monetised by the builders they feature. An “Editor’s Pick” or top slot is routinely sold for lakhs of rupees a month.

Every reviewer submits a booking receipt, allotment letter, or possession document. Anonymous ratings are not accepted. We conduct phone interviews for high-weight reviews.
Hard Avoid. Projects without valid RERA registration are capped at 4.9 regardless of other axes. The cap cannot be lifted by editorial review.
The project has merit but a specific concern makes booking premature today — construction stage, pending approvals, or insufficient review volume. We re-score every 90 days.
Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and Pune are covered today, with more than 2,500 projects scored across them. Mumbai and Chennai are entering coverage next.
