Brickplot rates Indian apartments and plotted developments on eleven axes (Legal & Title Cleanliness, RERA Disclosure Quality, Builder Financial Health, Verified Buyer Sentiment, Bank Loan-Approval Depth, Location/Infrastructure/Climate Risk, Value & Price Trajectory, Construction & Delivery Risk, Governance & Approvals Depth, Liveability & Build Quality, Investment Yield & Exit Liquidity) plus ten hard caps (no valid RERA = score capped at 4.9; NCLT/IBC admission = 3.9; possession delay > 24 months = 3.9; etc.). Reviews cover Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, and Noida.

Score v3.0 launched April 2026. Verdict thresholds: **Buy Now ≥ 8.0 | Wait 6.5–7.9 | Avoid < 6.5.**
